Shipping Policy

ACCEPTANCE AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Please note that all orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you. Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent with all relevant information about your order and these Terms and Conditions. The shipping confirmation is our acceptance of your order. Please note that Juna Fashion Design Atelier LLC does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock at the time of your order. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you shortly, by phone or by e-mail. If we have already received payment for such product we will refund you the amount of the purchase.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 1-3 days. Orders placed after Friday at 12 PM EST will be shipped the following week. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number.

Domestic orders will ship via USPS, UPS, DHL. Please allow up to 7 - 9 business days to receive your order after you receive tracking. Please note that orders shipping to a PO Box or APO address ship via USPS.

A tracking number for your order will be provided via email at the time of dispatch from our warehouse or showroom.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping.

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 1-3 days. Orders placed after Friday at 12 PM EST will be shipped the following week. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number.

We offer UPS services and DHL Express Services. Shipping options and prices in local currency will be shown at checkout.

A tracking number for your order will be provided via email at the time of dispatch from our warehouse or showroom.

Shipping rates are determined by several factors and are calculated at checkout.

The rate is determined based on the quantity of items, the weight of the order, and destination address.

Juna Fashion Design Atelier LLC is not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred. 

Duties and taxes are listed and paid at checkout based on the item(s) ordered and the destination country.

Please note that international orders may be subject to delays due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country.

Unfortunately, we are unable to mark merchandise as “gift” or “no commercial value”.
